Troopers said they stopped Jackson for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel. A subsequent investigation revealed he was intoxicated at the time of the traffic stop, police said.

Jackson provided police with a breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication, police said.

He was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear Tuesday in Pleasant Valley Town Court.
